Now, don't let this fool you....yes, our weekend was off to a great start but at 10:00pm Friday night things started going down hill and the rest of our weekend looked like this...
Our poor little baby was sick as a dog. In fact, this was the sickest he has ever been (minus his 4 month NICU stay.) The poor little guy had a raging fever (104 degrees) the entire weekend. He could not sleep and was just plain miserable. We alternated between Motrin and Tylenol ever 4 hours and took LOTS of cold baths. Luckily, we were able to keep him hydrated (via G-tube) and avoided a hospital stay.
He is feeling a little better today....still a low grade fever but it looks like he's on the mend. Now, if we can all get some much needed sleep we should be good to go.

Ohhhh poor baby! I am glad he is starting to feel better. Despite being sick he sure looks cute and cuddly lying on the couch with his blankets.
I'm sorry John was feeling so yucky! I hope he is feeling all better soon!
Cindy :)
Oh no! Soooo sorry he was that sick- I hope he is feeling 100% soon!!!!
Sammy just hit teh same sale at strie rite- who would think we'd get soooooo excited about spending approx 80 plus dollars on 2 pairs of shoes for a 2 year old!?:) ahhhhhhhh, oh well.....:)
Awww poor John boy! Glad he's on the mend..Girl yes shoes are ridiculously expensive for kids, sad thing is they outgrow them so darn fast and then it's time to buy more!!!
Poor baby boy! I do not like when my kids are sick. I actually deal with it better when Eli is sick cause i know he's strong and can fight it easily.
My girls (anytime they get sick) it usually ends up in a hospital stay. I hated it when they were younger and their immune systems were not very strong. They are getting stronger each and every winter season, though...PRAISE GOD!
Looking forward to a better weekend for you guys.
