This is the amazing journey of our two miracles. John Craig was born on November 30, 2005 at 24 weeks and 5 days gestation. He weighed 1 pound 8 ounces and was 12 inches long. John is a true miracle and an inspiration to all that meet him! Hope Amanda, our perfect little girl, is currently recovering from two brain surgeries to remove a 6cm mass from the center of her brain. Hope represents everything good in this world and she too is an inspiration to all.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.

Funny, Funny Boy!

John spent the day with Grandma today! They had a good time as always. Grandma kept rolling his baseball over him and he would just crack up. He's such a happy little boy.

My Funny Man!

On another note, he is still vomiting so we took him off the Bethanechol because it obviously wasn't working. We go see the GI Dr. on the 13th so we'll see what he has to say. Our next step will probably be an emptying study.

I am also going to make an appointment with his surgeon to replace his button. His current button (BARD) doesn't lock.........and there are many nights when we find him soaked because his tube came out....and it of course continues to pump milk all over him. The surgeon will change the button right there in his office. It's not going to be very comfortable.....he'll just yank it out. I am sure I'll cry more than John.

Hi Jill it is Tracy in AZ. Yucky weather today! Good luck with the button and I am sorry he is still vomiting. Who is your gastro? We see Dr. Montes. James had the same problem with vomiting but since Sept. 2006 he has been on Prevacid and WOW instant new baby, what a difference. Infact a missed a couple of doses once and paid the price. Anyway he is so happy must be his great family. Lots of Luck. Tracy

I want to cry just hearing about changing the button. But I will go with you for support if you want.
Love you all

What a little sweetie! He is such a happy little guy, no doubt because of all the love he receives!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for a pain-free button change, poor baby.
