This is the amazing journey of our two miracles. John Craig was born on November 30, 2005 at 24 weeks and 5 days gestation. He weighed 1 pound 8 ounces and was 12 inches long. John is a true miracle and an inspiration to all that meet him! Hope Amanda, our perfect little girl, is currently recovering from two brain surgeries to remove a 6cm mass from the center of her brain. Hope represents everything good in this world and she too is an inspiration to all.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.

Oceanside!

I seriously don't think we could have had anymore fun at the beach!

It was us and three other families...all GREAT friends (our husbands grew up together and the wives are good friends too) and all our kids....ALL boys....7 total (between the ages of 7 months and 4 years!) Waaayyyy too much fun!!!

Thanks Kim for planning this WONDERFUL vacation!!!

Our daily set up!

John's first day at the beach...he wasn't too sure of the sand. It was nice for us though because we'd just plopped him down on the blanket and he wouldn't go anywhere:)

Playing in the sand with Daddy and Conner.

Touchdown!

Helping himself to some chips.

Chilling with our favorite girls (my BFF's daughters)....Ruby and Grace!

Kate, thanks for coming down and hanging out with us. We miss you already!

John loved dipping his hands and feet in the ocean. He'd laugh ever time!

Auntie Tracy and cousins Jack and Chase playing Smash Ball!

John and Mommy in front of the Top Gun house...they are getting ready to tear it down:(

Watching Kurt and Aunt Tracy surf.

Playing with Aunt Tracy's phone.

And that's the end of our FABULOUS vacation!

Glad that you had such a wonderful week. You've certainly earned vacation time. However, the week was a bit too long for Grams. I missed my little man big time (Jill & Jamie too)! Back to our play days - I lovvvvvvvve it!!!

Love, Grams

Wonderful! The weather looked like it was perfect! I LOVE going to the beach with my family. It's something we make it a point to do every summer. We take a mini-vacation and stay for few days. It looks like the beach wasnt' too crowded with people either! That's always so nice. Eli hated the sand at first, too. It was nice, because you wouldn't have to worry about him crawling off the towel (just like your john)
I hope you took more pics. it be nice to see some more of your fun time there.
