WELLLLLLLL.....John still has a cold, still is vomiting, still won't nap, still is the smartest and cutest kid around....AND, we put an offer in on a house and had an open house (at our house) yesterday! So, as you can see, it's complete craziness here.

So you are selling your house and buying a new one? That's a miracle in itself, with the market the way it is. My husband does home loans and we really see first hand how real estate has been for everyone. Good luck with it all!
Wish we were out of medical debt to buy a house..haha..Talk about craziness...today we had a tornado hit a few miles from my house, and tonight we are expecting snow...crrrazy...
