This is the amazing journey of our two miracles. John Craig was born on November 30, 2005 at 24 weeks and 5 days gestation. He weighed 1 pound 8 ounces and was 12 inches long. John is a true miracle and an inspiration to all that meet him! Hope Amanda, our perfect little girl, is currently recovering from two brain surgeries to remove a 6cm mass from the center of her brain. Hope represents everything good in this world and she too is an inspiration to all.

A Day At The Zoo!

Today John made his first (of many) trips to the zoo. Daddy had the day off and Mommy played hookie.....AND, since it was ONLY 107 degrees out....we decided it was a perfect day for the zoo.
Note to self: DO NOT go to the zoo again until it cools down.

All in all we had a fun (hot) day at the zoo. Unfortunately, most of the animals were sleeping or hiding in the shade............John didn't care though, he was more interested in the guard rails!

Thanks again for sharing your little miracle! Seeing him allows me to imagine what next year will look like for our family. I'll to take Dane until it's at least 106 degrees!
