This is the amazing journey of our two miracles. John Craig was born on November 30, 2005 at 24 weeks and 5 days gestation. He weighed 1 pound 8 ounces and was 12 inches long. John is a true miracle and an inspiration to all that meet him! Hope Amanda, our perfect little girl, is currently recovering from two brain surgeries to remove a 6cm mass from the center of her brain. Hope represents everything good in this world and she too is an inspiration to all.

How big is John? Soooooo big!



John is getting so big. The first picture was taken the night we were discharged from the hospital. He weighed 6 pounds 10 ounces. He weighed 13 pounds in the other picture. I remember the days when I couldn't wait for him to weigh 2 pounds!!! I would see 2 and 3 pound babies in the NICU and they seemed enormous compared to John. I couldn't wait for him to be that big and now look at him.

We are seeing the surgeon tomorrow and will hopefully finalize his surgery. I'll update tomorrow about it.
