This is the amazing journey of our two miracles. John Craig was born on November 30, 2005 at 24 weeks and 5 days gestation. He weighed 1 pound 8 ounces and was 12 inches long. John is a true miracle and an inspiration to all that meet him! Hope Amanda, our perfect little girl, is currently recovering from two brain surgeries to remove a 6cm mass from the center of her brain. Hope represents everything good in this world and she too is an inspiration to all.

Progress
GREAT news...John gave his baby sister a kiss on the lips yesterday. He just walked up to her and planted one on her. He also had fun tickling her toes:) I think he's finally coming around!
Hello, congratulations! I found your blog and I like your family! We have a 3 yr old and an 11 month old (she was a preemie). Don't worry -- big brothers are the best! You'll have a real tough baby girl I bet -- they get used to hugs that resemble pro-wrestling moves and they don't cry when someone swipes their toys - because they are so used to it! Tell John that baby sister might not be fun right now (I mean, what baby that just eat, sleeps, and poos - is fun to a big brother?) -- but when she starts crawling and playing with him - then the fun starts!!
