This is the amazing journey of our two miracles. John Craig was born on November 30, 2005 at 24 weeks and 5 days gestation. He weighed 1 pound 8 ounces and was 12 inches long. John is a true miracle and an inspiration to all that meet him! Hope Amanda, our perfect little girl, is currently recovering from two brain surgeries to remove a 6cm mass from the center of her brain. Hope represents everything good in this world and she too is an inspiration to all.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.

It's Here!

Yippee!!!!!!!  Fall is FINALLY here.  We are so excited for this cooler weather and cannot wait for family bike rides.

The kids are doing wonderful...

We are still waiting to see two of the neurosurgeons recommended at PCH and will update when that happens.

Poor Hope is cutting all four of her molars at the same time:(  Not a happy girl.  She is also getting VERY close to walking.  She will walk holding onto one of our hands and has even taken a few steps independently!

On another note, I keep telling myself to write down all of the funny things that John says so I won't forget.  Here are a few off the top of my head...

During prayers one night last week he says, "Thank you God for my Big Momma!"

And then the other day Daddy was talking to the kids and he said, "John, sissy is a monkey (her nickname) and you are a goose (his nickname.)"  John says, "No, Daddy!  I am a monkey."  So Jamie says, "What is sissy then?"  And John says, "She's a princess!"

Ahhhhhh!  I love my kids, I love my life and I still wake up each morning feeling like the luckiest girl around!  Well, most mornings that is:)
